Ordering & Delivery
Do you sell to the public?
Yes, we do sell direct to the public however Fletcher Stewart is a B2B trade-focused supplier. We work with resellers, distributors, and professional end users.
Where do you ship to?
We supply across the UK and internationally. Shipping options and costs will vary depending on your location and order size. For more details, contact our team or refer to our Delivery & Returns page.
How long does delivery take?
UK mainland deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days. International orders may take longer depending on customs and courier services. We use DPD, DHL, and FEDEX for parcel deliveries based on your location.
When will my order be dispatched?
We try our upmost to dispatch all orders within 24-hour of the order being placed and paid for on-line. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed by B2B Trade customers will take longer due to the size of the orders placed.
What payment gateway do you use
Our payment provider for Credit Card payments is called Mollie and we accept all major credit cards. You can also pay using Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes. To initiate a return, please request a Returns Order Acknowledgement (ROA) number. All returns are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Is there a warranty on your products?
The products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Information page for full details. If you experience any issues, our customer support team is here to help.

Can I open a trade account?
Absolutely. If you're a retailer, shop or a large professional buyer, head over to our Trade Account page to apply. Once approved, you’ll gain access to trade pricing and account management tools.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown on our website exclude VAT, which will be applied at checkout for UK customers. International buyers may be subject to import duties or taxes based on local regulations.
Do you have VAT Exempt Products
Subject to whether you are buying as an indiviual or as a company some products we sell are VAT Exempt. visit our VAT Exemption page for more information
